Sales Representative

We offer: base salary plus commissions and a competitive benefits program. 

Mandate:

The mandate of the Sales Representative will be to establish sales strategies and promote our Nexxfield artificial turf products in his assigned territory. The successful applicant will demonstrate proven communications & organizational skills.

Overview of position:

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling our artificial turf products Nexxfield in the defined territory. The Sales Representative calls on the customer, identifies the customer's needs and uses a consultative selling approach to close the sale in such a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales. Also, the Sales Representative collaborates with all the other team workers on all the Nexxfield’s projects.

Skills required:

  • Perfectly bilingual French and English (written and spoken);
  • Self-starter, independent and resourceful;
  • Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations before a targeted audience;
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills  with the ability to influence and obtain the support of stakeholders;
  • Must be willing to travel 35% of the time throughout the defined territory;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, utilize good time management and be well organized;
  • Computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel and Word);
  • Minimum sales experience of 5 years.
