Previously Omnisports 8.3 has evolved to Omnisports 9.4.
The Omnisports surfacing product is a multi-purpose synthetic flooring. Offered in a choice of many thicknesses (3.5 mm, 7.1 mm or 9.4 mm), this flooring is suited to many uses, whether in a sports environment or not.
The primary benefit of this versatile surface is its shock-absorption capacity due to its resilient foam backing. The structure allows it to rapidly regain its original form after having been locally compressed. Because of the exceptionally large dimensions of the product, installation can be done easily and can cover a large surface rapidly, resulting in a minimal number of seams.
Omnisports 9.4 is the ideal synthetic surface as it is soft and comfortable but also durable. Its smooth texture and surface treatment provide an incomparable ease of maintenance.

GREENLAY™ INSTALLATION METHOD
GreenLay™ is a unique installation method that is exclusive to Omnisports 7.1 mm and 9.4 mm. It reduces adhesive by 98%, increases moisture tolerance up to 92% relative humidity, and saves costs as there is no need to install a moisture barrier under the flooring. With less adhesive, GreenLay™ is also easier to remove and recycle at the end of its life. GreenLay™ has revolutionized sports flooring installations to become the new standard for performance and environmental responsibility.
One of the only phthalate-free resilient sports floors available in North America. This phthalate-free manufacturing process improves the indoor environment and air quality. The plasticizers used are identical to those approved for food containers and children’s toys.
CERTIFIED ASTHMA & ALLERGY FRIENDLY™
Omnisports is the first synthetic sports surface to be certified Asthma & Allergy Friendly™. A certified flooring product has been scientifically tested to prove that the installation of this flooring does not result in elevated levels of chemicals such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and other volatile organic compounds. With increasing concern for indoor air quality, particularly in schools, this certification can identify healthier gym flooring options in regard to their effect on asthma and allergy sufferers.
