Black rubber reducer for SilenTile A reducer is a transition moulding that creates a smooth slope to allow a safe descent to the surrounding floor. It also serves to protect the edges of the floor covering.

Layer Construction

Layer Description

1. RUBBER

Ultra high-density wear layer with post-consumer recycled rubber base to provide vibration absorption following impact. The surface incorporates optional EPDM colour chips to obtain a wide range of colours.

2. LOCKING SYSTEM

Each tile is connected to the next with a hidden connecting block system, fastening them together securely without being visible. This system links all tiles to create one uniform flooring surface.

3. SUBSURFACE

The elevated subsurface can allow electrical wires and cables to be routed underneath the floor. This helps prevent cable clutter on the flooring surface and reduce potential tripping hazards.
